Thank you for your interest in sponsoring a child. The Village of Hope School Sponsorship Program supports the children who attend the Village of Hope (VOH) School in Bonnette, Ganthier, a resource poor, rural farming area approximately 15 miles from Port au Prince, Haiti.

How do I choose a child to sponsor?
Go to the Sponsorship page and fill out the form to let us know if you’d like to sponsor a girl or boy or let us choose.
What is the best way to pay?
Recurring credit card payments are the easiest, but you could also set up ACH or simply send a check to the VOH office in Florida either monthly or yearly.
Should I pay monthly or annually?
That is up to you!
Will I receive a reminder?
No, we do not send reminders. The Quarterly Newsletter is your reminder.
Will I get to write to my child?
We do not encourage this since the students do not understand English until they are much older. But if you would
still like to write them a card or letter you can send it to:

Can I meet my child?
Of course! When you travel to Haiti on a mission team, bring your sponsorship photo or the name of your child and
their grade. You will have a chance to meet your child, talk and take photos. It is a special time for both of you.

Will I receive updates about my child?
Each year you will receive a new photo of your child so you can watch them grow up. You may also receive a note
and/or picture drawn by your student.

When does my sponsorship end?
We hope that you will continue your sponsorship throughout your child’s time at VOH, up to Philo (or grade 13). But, if

When my child graduates (or leaves VOH), can I sponsor another child?
You sure can! Without skipping a payment, you can continue to sponsor a new student. We will send you a photo of
your student asap.
